Southwest Property Management was founded in 1991 as the property management arm of Southwest Properties Real Estate Services, a full service real estate company that started in 1985.
Owner and Designated Broker of Southwest Properties is Robert “Eli” Chavez, and his wife Yolanda. Mr. Chavez has been licensed in Real Estate since 1978. Prior to this time Mr. Chavez served in the El Paso Police Department and retired as a Lieutenant. Mr. Chavez was also the Regional Representative for the Texas Real Estate Commission in
Yoli Chavez is a licensed Real Estate Realtor since 1986. She has been helping Buyers and Sellers to attain their American Dream of acquiring their own home.
Yoli specializes in Residential Resales, New Homes, and First Time Home buyers. She works mostly in the Eastside, but can help any client city-wide. She served as President of the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors, and on the Board of Directors of TAR, Texas Association of Realtors. She is presently heading the Government Affairs Committee on the Board of Realtors.
At the present time, Eli and Yoli have 13 full time Realtors on staff, two of which are assigned to our Property Management department.
