Graduating from UTEP in 1987 with Business Administration, I joined forces with my brother, Salvador Caballero. With the spirit of giving back to my community, I began to apply my secrets of maintaining any successful business in order to set myself apart from the large number of my Realtor associates. Those skills are; building lifetime friendships, being a great listener, sincerity, honesty, communication, self-motivation, and continually educating myself. I realized quickly that each of my clients also needs to be informed and educated about the process of purchasing and selling real estate. Actually, educating is precisely what I would be doing if I did not find my career as a Realtor so rewarding.
Applying those standards to my business, I have become a multi-million dollar producer. However, the most rewarding aspect of my career is helping buyers fulfill their dreams of owning their very own home, the sense of relief for sellers at closing, knowing that they can move on smoothly and easily, and showing my property owners that they and their investments are in good, experienced hands.
